Baker New Life, a 501(c) (3), was established to address two diverse and alarming needs in our country: first, there is the need to increase physical exercise in all communities, and ballroom dancing is a viable initiative. Second, there is a need to reduce the recidivism rate of female prisoners. Both of these trends demand intervention, advocacy, and education.
